Hammaskeijun aarteet

Lapselta leikattiin tänään ensimmäinen viisaudenhammas, lisää seuraa kunhan tästä toipuu. Tein lohdutukseksi kortin ja kaivoin vanhat hammaskeijun viemät maitohampaat esille - vieno hymy tuli sentään kasvoille.
Mukavampaa viikonloppua teille! Minäkin olen löytänyt askarreltavaa täällä kaupungissa, uusia juttuja tuli postissa eilen ja sain pienen yllätyksen tuolta nettiympyröistä. Siitä lisää myöhemmin;-))m

 Hi my daughter's first wisdom tooth was operated today, more operations comes later.
I made this card to cheer her up and found her baby teeth hidden by the tooth fairy.  A little smile came to her face when showing these.

Idän soittaja

Hei, itämaista vintagea korttisarja jatkuu. Tässä Graphit45 - kuvassa tyttö ja soitin ja aitoa  origamipaperia.
Täältä voit kurkata ensimmäisen kortin. Kukka on leimattu, embossattu ja väritetty ja leikattu, kaksi kerrosta. Musta kulma on Marianne design stanssi ja paperi kiiltävää Gemstones'ia.

Orient player, don't know what she playes, maybe sitra/zither. Used those origami papers again, my first card is here. Flower is stamped, embossed, coloured and cut out. Marianne's corner is cut from shiny Gemstones paper and  there's gems too.

Hi, a card for a Sketch Saturday Challenge with Penny Black image, stamped with Distress embossing ink and clear embossing powder. Coloured with Distress Inks ( wild honey and vintage photo).  Papers are 7gypsies' and TH's; twine, organza ribbon leftover and charm ( white paint) and pearls.
Fence is Tim Holtz's and painted with Distress Paint ( vintage photo).

 Hello, we enjoyed beautiful sunny weekend, but back to business. A funny Finnish word
 ( saippuakauppias) - soap merchant can be read also backwords! I was in my earlier life one "saippuakauppias". 
I've made few oriental vintage cards with the Graphit45 images and original origami paper I bought few years from Umeå Sweden. I made a little "soap" embellishment from papers. Other papers from stash; ribbon lace, gems and MD scissors, 3d foam.

Hei, aurinkoista perjantaita ja mukavaa viikonvaihdetta, sää suosii ulkolajeja. Tässä alkukesästä tehty tilauskortti vuosia täyttäneelle parille (40+50), jotka harrastavat mm. pyöräilyä.
Taustalle maisemaleimausta Distress Stain' eillä ja päälle maskattu Arti'n pyöräilypari, väritettynä ProMarkereilla ( neon tehosteilla). Liikennemerkki SP pyöreillä stansseilla ja numerot TH ja kaiken päällä Glossya.  Aikaa kortin tekoon oli yksi ilta ja kuvattukin hieman jo hämärässä.

Hello and greetings from sunny Finland, good time to go for a bike ride! This is a quick card order I made early this summer, for a couple birthday's (40 + 50). And as you quessed they bike a lot. I had only one night to design and do this and the photo is taken in the evening.
Background made with forest scene stamp and Distress Stains; Art Impressions image masked , stamped and coloured then with ProMarkers. And some use for the neon ProMarkers too.
Traffic sign: round die cuts SP, numbers TH, with Glossy Accents on.

(New)Background:  soapwater bubbles technique (mix water, dishsoap and some reinker in a bowl or pan, then use a straw to blow bubbles and when you have the top all bubbly, you sort of lay a piece of cardstock on it (enough so that the bubbles "pop" against it, but not enough that it sinks down into the water, let it dry)
