Heinäkuun viimeistä päivää mennään, huh! No jatketaan joulukortilla tänään. Aina ei tarvitse käyttää joululeimasinta, kuten tässä seuraavassa Penny Black kisutrio-kortissa. Muuten tuo nauha on tosi vanhaa, Elannon kääreissä varmaan jostain 70-luvulta. Löysin kotitalon vintiltä.

Hi, nearly July gone, oh my! It's a cloudy day - so time for a sweet Christmas card with no-Christmas stamp!  Who? Me? is the name of the Penny Black cat trio stamp - I think they are singing C'mas carols.
I put Papermania's musical notes and Christmas sentiments- papers and "Joyful Christmas" - text.
The ribbon is really old, maybe over 30 years, found it from my parents stuff.

Joulukiireitä heinäkuussa!

Heipparallaa! Helteillä joulukortteja parhaimpaan marja-aikaan! Oma moka, kun jätin valmiit viimevuotiset joulukorttini kaupunkiin. Oli nimittäin kylänmarkkinat ja vakiasiakas ostaa kerran vuodessa kaikki korttinsa. Onneksi löytyi muutama valmis pohja ja jokunen valmiiksi väritetty kuva, sain sitten parikymmentä korttia tehtyä! Ja kiireessä tulee myös sekundaa, kun ensimmäisestä kortista voi huomata!

 Hi, lots of berries to pick, but I had to do some Christmas cards, as I forgot my cards to the city.
Had a market day and a client wanted some Christmas cards the same time too. Heres two quick made cards with similar papers and little mistakes in the first one! LOL

 Mutta oikein kivat markkinat olivat, paljon porukkaa ja helle helli meitä, onneksi pääsin katoksen alle suojaan. Liukuhihnalla kun kortteja tekee, samoja papereita ja malleja tulee käytettyä, tässä kesäisempi kortti Penny Black (Aspire) leimalla ja Versafine musteilla ja kohojauheella tehtynä.

Tämän leppoisan kissakortin nauhan ostin Toivo&Vallusta, jonka pihalla olen ollut myymässä jo monena kesänä korttejani. Kiva tavata samalla kylänväkeä ja kesälomalaisia.

Hei, löytyi se aurinko tännekin paistamaan ja odotellaan, että Jaakko heittää nyt sen kuuman kiven järveen. On ollut hiukka kylmää vettä jo tässä välillä.
Marja-ajan kiireitä, tuolla puskissa vadelmia on niin paljon, ah!

Mutta mies oli löytänyt lakkaa, eipä näin isoa läjää ole ollut aikoihin, mutta parempiin suihin nuokin menivät. "Erämiehen kakku" 24 hengelle, gluteiiniton herkku. mansikkaa ja lakkaa.

My hubby picked some cloudberries (yellow) from the swamp ( morass?) I made a big cake for our party with strawberries and cream.

Craft-Room Challenge DT

Hei, tervetuloa Craft-Room haasteen pariin! Onpa ollut ilmoja! Loppuviikoksi on luvattu hellettä, mainio markkinasää tulossa lauantaiksi. DT Suzannen haaste on myös kuuma, nimittäin työssä pitää olla jotain kuuma-kohokuviointia!
DT-työnä kokeilin tällaisen Bind-it-all kirjasen koristeille. Siivoilin pitsi ja nauhavarastoani ja mieleen tuli tällainen juttu. Sisäsivut eivät ole täsmälleen samankokoisia. Pysyy pystyssä kivasti vaikka pöydällä. Kauniimmin tehtynä kiva lahjaidea.

 Here's my DT sample, a Bind-it-all booklet for embellishments. It's a trial, the inner pages are not in the same size. I was organizing  (cleaning) my laces and ribbons, and have a thought that I could do a holder like that.

 Hello, happy new week! I'm going to the city - or two, have to visit my parents too. So many things to do, hope one day is enough! I made 35 cards last week and I don't have suitable envelopes any more !

Iso kuva Joanna Sheeniltä, reunat embossattu valkoisella kohojauheella ja Stempelgleden leimasimella.

 Hi, vintage celebration card for "always 25" birthday! Big image is from Joanna Sheen's set; I stamped the edges with Stempelglede's swirls (again) and embossed them white.
Beautiful background paper is from DCWV's Street Lace set, put some pearls on the flowers and found matching lace with it.
Few flowers, roses and a pin, which I painted white.

Hei romanttista viikonalkua! Vintage puutarhakortti, viikko sitten Craft-Room Challenge DT kortin lisäksi tein pari muutakin samalla tyylillä.

 Hello, romantic start for this week! Last Tuesday I shower my DT card for Craft-Room Challenge
and as my habit is I do a couple of samples the same time. Here's the same Stempelglede's vintage garden stamp again (embossed) and coloured with DI. Background done with stamps, DIs and glimmer mists. SP die cuts painted with DI paints.

Ihana kukkaleima Stempelglede's setistä, väritetty Distress Inkeillä.Pohja tehty leimamalla saman sarjan kiekuroilla, Di ja misteillä. SP:n stanssit maalattu DI Paintillä.
