Ystävänpäivä mielessä lähdin tekemään tätä korttia. Käytin pohjalla Joulukalenterivaihdosta saamaani
uutta sapluunaa, kohopastaa, Distress Oxideja ja Penny Blackin kuvan värittämiseen Distress Ink'ejä, kuvan mustetin Versafine Clair mustalla ja vielä embossasin värittömällä jauheella. Halaus on Gummiapan stanssi ja teksti Korttipajalta.

Hauskaa lauantaita, tervetuloa Allsorts korttihaasteen pariin! Viikon aiheena: "kaikki käy ja optiona käytä sapluunaa".
Mallikortissani pohja on tehty värijauheella ja suihkevedellä. Sen kuivuttua laitoin sapluunan läpi kohopastaa. Kukkaleima väritetty ja leikattu kulmaan kohotarroilla.

Happy Saturday, it's time for a new Allsorts Card Challenge!  The theme of this week is " Anything goes with option of use stencil".
The cards background is done with coloured stains and water spray, after dried I added the stencil and put embossing paste on. I placed the stamped and trimmed flowers on the corner with 3d dots.

Hei, leimattuja ja kohokuvioituja ruusuja, itsetehtyä kohopastaa, vesiväritystä - siinä ainekset tähän korttiin.

 Hi, a rose card made with Penny Black stamps (red blush and happy wishes), stamped with embossing ink and "my own mixed embossing powders", coloured with Distress Inks. In the background I used my own homemade textured paste, just draw some lines with stencil.

The Venetian Lantern

Hei, taas yhteydet pelittää, uusi liittymä jälleen!
Lauantaina rannallamme vietetään venetsialaista juhlaa - ja samalla korttiateljeen kesänlopetusmyyntiä. (Kuvassa olevista korteista lähemmin ensi viikolla)

Olen säästänyt vanhaa valolyhtyä jo pitkään ja nyt maalasin sen valkoiseksi ja koristelin. Käytin isoja kukkia, joita on kerääntynyt ja jotka ovat hankalia korttiaskarteluissa. Liimasin kuumapistoolilla kaikki kiinni ja maalasin koristeetkin valkoisella kalkkimaalilla.

Hi, we have a new operator - again.
It's the Venetian weekend and we are having a party here at our cottage, open house at my craft studio with all my cards for sale!

I've kept this old lantern for a while - and now altered it to shabby venetian style. Painted all white and use those big flowers that are oversized to the cards. Piece of lace and tulle and a venetian mask diecut.

How time flies

Hei, juhannusviikkoa aloitellaan hiljalleen. Suklaakakut ovat paistumassa ja kokilla on aikaa blogittaa! Niin se aika vierii, vähän erilainen onnittelukortti tänään, runsautta riittää.

Hi, started the baking for the weekend, Mid Summer Fests and guests arriving. Although my mojo for everything is gone. "Tomorrow is another day" if it helpes.

There's a lot of things in my card: torn paper with lace pieces, pattern paper (Prima) masked with stencil (Prima) and some texture paste. Wooden clock is Prima's and butterfly Maya Road's. Memory box heart die is under the clock. Spellbinders leaves; lace, flowers, paint and pieces of Penny Black "bird branch" die cut and one homemade flower made from old bookpaper too. Some stitching, twine bow and pearls and paint.

Tip tip tiistaita, vettä sataa! Tarvitsemme siis väriterapiaa! Tämä kortti on tehty jo ennen pääsiäistä ns jämäpaloista, kun tein tätä DT korttia..
Tausta ja perhosen väri Dylusions suihkeilla, perhonen Penny Black leima, kohotettuna ja irti leikattu, sen alla gelli platella, maaleilla ja maskilla tehty pohja.

Hi, it's raining so we need a little colour therapy. My card is done before Easter from the pits and pieces left from this project here.
Background sprayed with Dylusions ( stencils); the dots part is done with paints, stencils and gelli plate. Butterfly is Penny Black's, stamped on Dylusions with black Versafine, embossed and cut out.

Hei, keväistä pääsiäistunnelmaa, värejä ja muotoja, lupaus alkavasta kesästä löytyy DT kortistani.

• Perhonen: 4cc paperille suihkutettu sabluunan läpi eri Dylusions värejä, Penny Blackin perhonen leimattu mustalla Versafinella päälle, kohotettu värittömällä  UTEE jauheella kuumapuhaltimella ja leikattu irti, kiinnitety 3d tarroilla. 
• Pohja (muna) tehty gelli platella ja akryyliväreillä ja pallosabluunalla, painettu 4cc 280g paperiin.
• Valkoinen  4cc paperi kohokuvioitu Die'sire pallokansiossa, kansio on iso, joten tämän 13,5 cm kokoisen neliökortin saa tehtyä kauniisti kerralla. Keskeltä leikattu ovaali pois Die-namics Stitched oval stanssilla, samaa settiä käytetty tekstiovaalin (Stampendous) leikkaamisen. (Big Shot)
• Kerrokset yhteen ja oranssi organza nauha ja rusetti tasapainottamaan.

Minua innoitti Allegro juna Pietariin, tosin vintage muodossa... teksti on venäjänkielisestä kirjasta. Mies kävi viime viikolla Pietarissa työmatkalla, joten tämä aihe oli itselle ajankohtainen.

 My old russian dolls,  "maatuskat". I have used to take these on table at Easter with lots of decorative and chocolate eggs. My parents visited Russian very often and brought these wooden things and of course the crystals (pots and glasses).
My hubby was in St.Petersburg last week, travelled with the fast Allegro train, it took only 2,5 hours from Lahti to St. P. It's very popular way to go there just for a day! But there's so much to look at, fourth biggest city in the Europe with great  history and art. I visited there when it was still Leningrad in 80's! I'd like very much to visit there again, just because of the art;-))m

- That's not all! Eikä siinä vielä kaikki! Tuunasin Tiimarin puurasian valkoisella gessolla, art Mediumilla ja crackle maalilla. Keskustaan leimattu Stampendous linnut.

Lovebirds:
I altered a wooden box, few layers of white gesso and Art Medium to glue the embellishments.
There's TH clock, chains, flowers, leaves, same ivy corner as in the card, pearls, bird, wooden notes,
plastic little flowers, dots. Love text is Penny Black's die cut. After drying all white, I layered TH crackle paint (tattered rose). Birds (Stampendous) are stamped with Stazon and embossed clear, and a little colour from DI's.

Mixed Media canvas

Hei,  oikein mukavaa maailman korttiaskartelupäivää. Minä vietän kivan lauantain Heinolan askartelutapahtumassa.
Jehkottaren haaste Korttitalkoissa oli tämä "keinonahkatekniikalla tehty taulu" (Jehkon ohje täällä).

Hauska tehdä jotain muuta välillä, tosin aikaa vei paljon kuivatuksineen, mutta aivan mahtavia töitä toiset tekivät! Aineet ja mömmöt löytyy tuolta Jehkon ohjeesta, lisäksi käytin omia maaleja ja juttuja mitä sattui olemaan mukana. Vintage kuva Pion Design, ruusut WOC, nuotit Crealies leikkeet.

Recycling girl

Hei, täällä etelässä tuli jo eilen ensimmäiset lumihiutaleet! Aika kylmää, mutta onneksi saimme patterit ilmattua, jo tarkenee ilman villasukkiakin.
Tänään näytän Korttitalkoissa tehdyn kierrätysmateriaaleista tehdyn A4- kokoisen kortin. Haasteen antoivat Heli ja Krista, vain tyttöleimasinta sai käyttää, muut materiaalit "vanhoja".

 Hello, we had the first snowflakes yesterday, but they smelted right away; brr it was cold.
The card is made in the Crafting Camp. The challenge was to use the girl stamp - but only recycled materials. Kraft cardstock's size is A4.
I found this congrats song's notes and pick the words: bird; flowers and letter, and made the elements to match them.

 Löysin laulukirjasta kivat laulunsanat, joista poimin lintu, kukat ja kirje - ja niihin tein korttiin sopivat vastineet. Siitä se idea lähti ( lapasesta...).

Kello/Clock: muropaketista / from cereal box (Tim Holtz) + white paint
