Retro Birthday Cards

 Helteistä viikonloppua ja toivottavasti paikalle osunut sade ei hakkaa ja riko paikkoja, vettä kyllä tarvitaan. Erityisesti toivon kuivaa päivää tänään, ainakin klo 14 asti - olen nimittäin Vanhan Vääksyn kesänavajaisissa (siinä Lauran kaupan kohdilla).
Sitten korttikuorma muuttaakin Auttoisille ja ateljee on avoinna sopimuksen mukaan ja korttiauto kulkee Päijät-Hämeessä menojen mukaan. Ja tilauksia voi tehdä muuallekin, kyllä se Posti on kaikki perille kuljettanut! Juhannuksen jälkeen olen jonkin aikaa sairaslomalla.

Aivan mahtava synttäriviikko Allsorts haasteessa, kiitos kaikille osallistujille ja onnea voittajille.
Tämän viikon haasteessa mennään ajassa taaksepäin " vintage, retroa" tai kaikki käy. Tervetuloa mukaan!

Thank you for celebrating Allsorts Challenge 15th Birthday last week! DT Ellie starts new theme - which is from the past "retro, vintage..." - or just Anything goes! Welcome to join in.
I made two DT samples with retro woman stamp (Flonz) in different colours!

Stamped image is coloured with Promarkers and trimmed off, background in the first card is coloured with Distress Ink blues and little swirl stamping; in the second background is embossed.
Die cuts: Sizzix; Gummiapan. Sentiment stamp "Congrats" Versafine Black Ink.

Huge Birthday Party at Allsorts!

 Tervetuloa juhlimaan jo 15- vuotiasta Allsorts haastetta ! Pöydässä on tietysti herkut viimeisen päälle, ihan huiput palkinnot, joita on 15 kpl.

Welcome to the 15th Birthday Party at Allsorts Challenge! A special Birthday deserves special prizes and we are so excited that our friends at AALL and Create really wanted to be involved and have donated a huge bundle of their products, stamps, stencils, ephemera and washi tape which will be spilt randomly between 15 very lucky winners.

My sample is ordered to a grandma's big birthday, she loves cats. Numbers are coming to the left corner.

Papers are Maja Design, 3D cats image is Hearty Crafts Topper, flowers, lace and ribbon from the never ending storage under my desk!

And a card for dog lovers, too! Image is from Marana Design Fin; sentiment stamp Korttipaja says:
"A card full of Joy"!

Tein pari korttia ylioppilaille, jossa vintagetyylinen leimattu ruusu ja taustalla leimattua tekstiä ja reunassa kohopastaa ja kirjain-/numerosapluunan läpi.

May, this wonderful month, welcome! Today starts We Love Stamping May Card Challenge,
with DT Lynn's theme "Vintage/ AG", remember to use stamp in focus!

I made two graduation cards with Penny Black's vintage style rose stamp with little text stamping behind it and stencilled (TH) numbers and letters with embossing paste.
Mediums: Versa Fine vintage sepia Ink, with clear ep, Distress Oxides; colouring Kuretake Zigs.
No 1. beige / No 2. Light Rose

 Hei, vappu vietetty ihanassa auringonpaisteessa pihahommissa. Omaa yo- lakkia en edes kaivanut esille, tänä keväänä onkin 20- vuotisjuhlat, koska kirjoitin vasta aikuisena!

Instagramin puolella  (@  mervi.leikas) olen esitellyt uusia ylioppilaskortteja, joita laitan jonkun näytille tännekin. Varastoa on paljon, tervetuloa ostoksille. Rohkeasti viestiä, postitse Suomeen ja Päijät-Hämeessä livemyynnit ja korttiauto kiertää...
