Picnic Party

Hei! Vielä on kesää jäljellä ja ehkä vielä pääsee piknikille! Iso PB leimakuva, vain perhosreunus ja parit timantit. Selailin tekstileimasimia ja tämä on jäänyt vähälle käytölle, vaikka onkin hauska.

Still warm summer days to go out for a picnic party with friend (s)! This is quite large Penny Black stamp, so I only put Martha's butterflies under it , and just few gems. I coloured the image with Aqua & ProMarkers.

Uusi kaksiviikkoinen Craft-Room haaste: valkoista valkoisella ja kuvaan voi käyttää värejäkin.
Tervetuloa mukaan!
Nyt alkaa joulukorttien tehtailu, tässä ihana kissaleimasin, jonka sain amerikansuomalaiselta Elaine'lta.

 White on white is Nikki's theme at Craft-Room Challenge this fortnight. I started to do Christmas cards and in this I used Stampendous "kitty at the window", which I've got from Elaine from USA. Her grandparents are from Finland and we met last year via "One World One Heart" event. I coloured the image with AquaMarkers and used Spellbinders round dies and rized the frame with foams. White gemstones paper is embossed with snowflake folder. Big snowflake is Cuttlebug's and painted with glitter paint, only some pearls for embellisments.

Vintage celebration card

Hello; there's new challenge blog for vintage lovers: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE VINTAGE!

Tässä tummapohjainen vintagekortti ensimmäiseen vapaa-aiheiseen haasteeseen! Kortti on tehty pariviikkoa sitten, vähän surutyötä tuppaa tulemaan, mutta onhan siinä kuitenkin vaaleanpunaistakin. Leimattua on tuo kukkaisboordi ja teksti myös embossattu.

First theme is anything goes, I did this card about two weeks ago when my friend was in the hospital and I was quite sad. But anyway there's some pink roses and cardstock.

Tim Holtz's embossing folder and paper sanded after. Spellbinders' leaves from homemade "coffee" paper,
some white paint, beautiful butterfly lace and pearls, lots of flowers with little paint and glitter on.

 Hello, folded card with butterfly punched corners, Mo Mannings Kimono girl (digi), coloured with ProMarkers, acrylic paint. Papers all around are Basic Grey's. Little MS butterflies with embossed dots (folder), coloured with Distress inks, lilac dots ribbon, lots of flowers!

Penny Black @ Allsorts August Challenge DT

Hei! Tervetuloa elokuun Penny Black @ Allsorts haasteen pariin, nyt onkin helppo ja vapaa haaste; kaikki käy - kunhan siitä löytyy Penny Black leima! Eli ehdit hyvin marjastamaan ja laittamaan lapset kouluun ja tehdä sellaisen kortin tai askartelutuotoksen mitä tarvitset ja haluat! Minä sammakkofanina tein viva diva! leimoilla koristellun muistikirjan ja tagin (tai kirjanmerkin).

Kastoin Penny Black leimasimen (puupalikallinen kumileimasin) kloriittiin ja painoin erivärisille kartongeille,
kuivatin auringossa.  Tein myös kutistemuovista koristeen samalla leimasimella ja väritin sen Promarkereilla ennen kuumailmapuhallusta ja kutistamista, lisäsin muutaman pienen helmen.  Kirjanmerkissä myös samanlainen koriste. Muistikirja on sketch-book, johon ajattelin leimata kaikki (jos mahtuu) Penny Black leimani ja nimetä ne, kun aina tarvitsee hakea, kun ei muista! Pohjapaperi on DCWV Street Lace, kirjaimet Spellbinders stansseilla, päällä Glossy Accents.

Welcome to Penny Black @ Allsorts August Challenge, it is Free & Easy - so you can do anything with Penny Black stamps! I altered the sketch book to stamp my Penny Black's, so I don't have to search their names and numbers all the time. Lots of pieces left, so I made also a tag or a bookmark.
I stamped the "viva diva!" (4025H), one of my favourites,  to chlorite on different colours of cardstocks and dried them in the sun!
I made charms from shrink plastic, coloured with ProMarkers before heating, put some little pearls too.
Downpaper is DCWV's Street Lace and the letters are made with Spellbinders dies and Glossy Accents on.
