Hei, vettä sataa, ei vielä sentään lunta, niinkuin tässä uudessa LOTV leimakuvassa.
Mieleeni tulee tästä "Tulitikkutyttö" -satu, joka onkin saanut onnellisen lopun.

 Hello, it's raining here, but not snow yet! This LOTV image brings my mind old story "Match Girl" and here it is a happy end! The colours I used is quite unordinary Christmas colours, but wanted to try those Basic Grey's Pyrus papers. I think they worked well !

 Colouring with ProMarkers and Stickles. Spellbinders dies, silver lace and HOTP fibres; MS border punch and gems. Finnish text (It's Christmas night) Versafine black and clear ep, 3d foam.

 Hello! First picture is from our kitchen window this morning. Foggy and cold wheather, but just one hour later the sun was shining! The other photos are from crafters' date at Heinola yesterday. We had a great time!

Penny Black @ Allsorts October Challenge DT

Hei ja hyvää lokakuun ensimmäistä ja maailman korttiaskartelupäivää! Tänään minäkin askartelen kavereiden kanssa Heinolan treffeillä!
Tämän kuun Penny Black @ Allsorts haaste onkin inspiroiva kuva, ihanaa ruskaa, syksyn värejä. Mitä sinulle tulee mieleen, tule mukaan, voittoina taas upeat Penny Black leimasimet ja Letraset tussit ym.

Dt korttini teinkin jo tuolla Korttitalkoissa uudella Penny Black joululeimasimella, mutta hyvin tämä taipui syksyiseenkin maisemaan. Uuden tekniikan opetti Jehkotar ja tykästyin tähän kovasti, vaikka inhoankin silittämistä. Kortti meni jo 40 v nuorelle veljenpojalle, sisällä vauvakuva!

 

Welcome to play with us at Penny Black @ Allsorts this month of October. And Happy World's Crafting Day! I'm having a hole great day with crafting friends in the neighbour city of Heinola.

Our inspiration picture is above, beautiful colours of autumn. Just ink up Penny Black stamps (or stickeroos) on a card and enter and you are in a draw for fabulous original prizes again.

My DT-card: New technique for me, and I fall in for it -  although I hate ironing!

 Penny Black stamp ( berry red, snow white 4202L); Art Impressions (deer) inked with VersaMark Dazzle and embossed with clear embossing powder. Distress Stains just rub on straight from the bottle on the image - then some ironing throught a clean copy paper - the embossing smelts away!
I added the text later when I found suitable one for my nephew, who had his 40th birthday. ( "You are child once, but you can be young forever") There's a little picture below when he was a baby! And it's a pocket too, I put some money inside.

The film strip and numbers are Tim Holtz's, Glossy Accents on; the stripy down paper is 7gypsies, distressed edges.

Enkeli / Angel

Hei! Inspiroidu elokuvasta- teema Lauran korttihaasteeseen! No, tunnustan tähän korttiin googletin enkeli elokuvat ja kuinka ollakaan jotenkin tämä " Putovia enkeleitä" oli aika sopiva nimeltään.
Tämä elokuva kertoo kyllä Lauri Viidan ja Aila Meriluodon tarinan. Oikeassa elämässä taas isäni (79v) leikki viulunsoittajaa katolla (ilman viulua, vaikka osaa sitä soittaakin) ja putosi alas. Enkeli taisi olla mukana kannattamassa, henki säilyi, lonkka murtui ja nyt tuli pitkä makuujakso sairaalassa.
Mutta korttiin, uusi LOTV leimasin kokeilussa!

 Some angels were watching as my dad fell off the roof last Saturday, he broke his hips and have to lie down two months in the hospital. So I keep my postings quite short, to have time to craft in the evenings too!

Flower Pots card with handmade flowers! Dies to die for...

 Hei, vihdoin pääsen näyttämään yhden uuden ostoksen - Spellbindersin kukkaruukku stansseilla tehdyn kortin ja pieni varoitus - näihin tulee himo! Olen tehnyt jo monta korttia, eri väreillä, eri kukilla, onnitteluihin ja joulukortteja ... tulette varmaan näitä näkemään lisää täällä! Kukat on tehty pyöreillä eri kokoisilla stansseilla ja rutattu ja liimattu yhteen, maalattu ja lisätty kimallusta. Basic Greyn paperit ja kirjaimet joihin lisätty Glossy Accents'ia.
Ps. Heinolan Treffeille olisi autossa tilaa Lahdesta!!!!

Hello, my new Spellbinders' dies, flower pots, I have made many cards already with different colours and flowers. You'll see then later here. Flowers are handmade too with different size of Spellbinders' round dies
with a little paint and glitter! Leaves are made with Xcut's botanical embossing punch. Paper of the pots were ready embossed, just added little Distress ink to the edges. Down papers are Basic Grey's and letters too with Glossy accents. (The pearls don't belong to the card)

Taulukehys

Hei, edelleen Korttitalkoiden satoa, tehtävänä koristella taulun kehykset. Maalasin pohjan valkoisella akryylimaalilla, leimasin Crafty Inviduals, embossattu ja päällä vielä paikoin nuottileimaa embossattu valkoisella. Sisällä samaa nuottia ja päälle maskattu  Penny Black siilisolisti; kitara vielä erikseen kohotettu ja päällä Glossy Accents;  väritetty ProMarkereilla ja Sakura Clear Star kynällä..  Siellä täällä hangattu Distress Stain vintage photoa.

Ow, this was a challenge at Crafting Camp two weeks ago: alter frames. White paint, stamping, embossing, masking... 3d effect, the guitar is raised up and there's Glossy Accents on!

Hei! Vielä pari korttia Korttitalkoissa tehtyjä harjoitteluita!!! Ensimmäisen väritys meni ihan pieleen, mutta kauniit lumihiutaleet siinä kyllä on, kiitos Callelle ja Minnalle leikkurien lainasta! Toisessa haasteena oli käyttää Impression Obsessions isoja taustaleimasimia ja valittuja leimasimia, joista valitsin kauniin ruusun, jota käytin myös pohjassa. Embossausta ja väritys ei tässäkään vielä lähtenyt käyntiin vaan laitoin Sticklesiä.

Täydellinen nainen

Hei, nimpparikahvit juotu mukavassa seurassa, vesijumppa odottaa!
Tähän päivään sopiikin seuraava kortti:)

P*skarteluhaaste: Kraft + 2 väriä, tässä ruskea ja valkoinen. Olen jotenkin tykästynyt viimeaikoina aika niukkaan väripalettiin. Maribel kuvan olen saanut, taustan tein Stempelgleden (grunge) kukkaleimasimilla ja  VersaMark Dazzlella ja valkoisella embossausjauheella. Spellbindersin kehykseen leimattu saman sarjan kiekuroita. Ruskea pitsi Tuotenauhasta, teksti (sentiment: Perfect woman in perfect age) embossattu Versafine vintage sepialla ja embossattu värittömällä.

 Dt-korttini on vintagehenkinen Penny Black seimiasetelma leikattuna "i brake for stamps" taustan päälle.
Tausta leimattu valkoiselle kartongille Versamark Dazzle'lla ja kimaltavalla embossausjauheella,hangattu sinisillä Distress Inkeillä, kulmat kohokuvioitu vielä Cuttis kansiossa. Seimi Versafine black ja väritön embossaus, värit ProMarkereilla. Spellbindersin kehys, höyheniä, pitsiä ja nauhaa, kakkupaperi ja tag. Kukat on rikottu ja laitettu helmiä keskelle ja sinne tänne roiskittu akryylimaalia. Paperi Priman Printery.

 Stamps: Penny Black Slapstick "sweet nativity" (40-001) versafine black, clear embossing, coloured with ProMarkers.
Background: " i brake for stamps" VersaMark Dazzle and Psychedelic Transparent, blue Distress inks.
Papers: Prima Printery; Spellbinders Frame; lace and ribbon, doily, feathers and TH tag. I broke the flowers and put some pearls on and painted with acrylic white paint here and there. So is this vintage or what, hope you like it.
