Hauskaa lauantaita, tervetuloa viikon Allsorts haasteen pariin! DT- kierros pyörähti taas ja minä olen valinnut aiheeksi: aikaiset jouluaskartelut! Olenkin aloittanut joulukorttien teon ja niitä on jo vino pino! Tässä yksi purppuraa ja kultaa, juhlavat värit.

Hi; Happy Saturday, it's time for a new Allsorts Challenge! It's my time to host this week and my theme is : "Early Christmas Makes". I've finally started to make Christmas cards, have about 20 new ones. This one with purple and gold.

Saunaan!

Hei, mukavaa viikonlopun alkua. Sauna, Sisu ja suomalaiset, siinä se. Naatitaan!
Kypsään nalleikään ehtinyt Uppo-Nalle on yli 30-vuotisen taipaleensa aikana lausahtanut ilmoille unohtumattomia ajatuksia ja suuria totuuksia, kuten esimerkiksi: "...ettei ole mitään väliä sillä onko joku tyttö vai poika. Paljon tärkeämpi asia on tosi ystävyys.

 Hi, finally weekend, two busy days in the city, cleaning, shopping and filling the fridge.
It was really nice to have hot sauna and cold swim in the lake!

Askartelijatyttö

Hei, vielä ehtii osallistumaan P*skarteluhaasteen synttäreihin. Tämä kortti askartelijalle on Villakeijun bingoon, rivi on leima, itsetehdyt kukat, helmet.
Kuva on Kenny K:n, leimasin, kokeilin värittää pari kuvaa ehkä vuosi sitten, mutta totesin ettei ole mun juttu. Mulla on mökillä ollut kesäprojektina tehdä kortteja valmiiksi väritetyistä kuvista - paljon olen kyllä heittänyt pois, huh! Kukatkin olen koonnut joskus aikaisemmin, lisäsin vaan valkoista maalia päälle.

 Hi, a card for Finnish card challenge, stamp that I coloured twice and then sold it, wasn't my cup of tea. lowers are homemade from old book and round shapes with a paint on.

Life is a cabaree

Hei, sadetta pitäessä on mennyt tämä päivä. Muutama korttikin tuli tehtyä ja muutama klikkaus nettikaupoissa. Onneakin on ollut haasteissa, viime viikon kisasta tuli palkinto ( ei vielä perillä), ei kun uutta matoa koukkuun... Kortissa vähän kabaree ja leffatunnelmaa.

 Hi, it's been raining the hole day, have to put some wood to the fireplace and light few candles outside.
Kenny K (stamp) girl has party going on, life is a cabaree, or what!

TH die cut (kraft); MS punch and old soft twine with star charm.

Kaksi puuta

Heippa! Soittolistan suosikki, tuleva ikivihreä biisi, innoitti tähän häävuosipäiväkorttiin.
Puut Penny Black'in leima, kohotettu, vihreä tausta ja pari sydäntä, siinä se.
Tämä kortti meni timanttihäitä ( 60 v.) viettävälle pariskunnalle viikonlopun tapahtumassa.

 Hi! I've got inspiration to make this card from a very popular Finnish song "two trees" growing together, lovely lyrics.
Stamp Penny Black, embossed, black cardstock, green DCWV paper and two hearts, that's it.
I sold this card last Saturday in a local country market (photos below). It went to a couple celebrating their diamond wedding; 60th anniversary!

Olen vihdoin aloittanut joulukorttien teon! En ole ihan vielä saanut alkuvuoden tavoitetta kasaan, mutta pari sateista päivää saa ihmeitä aikaan!
Tämän joulukortin taustan olen tehnyt gelli platella, Priman sabluunalla ja akryylimaaleilla.

I finally started making Christmas cards, I'm so behind my task.
I made the background of this card with gelli plate, Prima's stencil and acrylic paints.

 Here's the card with vintage angels, IO trees, MD swirl, WOC flowers and pearls.
Soft muted colours, mushroom, stone and silver and  pearly white .

Turkoosia

Hei, onnittelut P*skarteluhaasteelle! Hienoa jo 5 vuotta mukavia haasteita meille tarjoilleet.
Turkoosia ja 3 koristetta - aiheeseen syntyi tämä:

Tähän kortin syntyy taisi jo vaikuttaa tuo seuraava haaste, suoraan korttipohjalle - mutta sekin tulee huomenna.
Tausta sabluuna ja Distress ink ( salty ocean), Kenny K'n valmiiksi väritetty kuva löytyi laatikosta, leikkasin sen ja liimasin kohotarroilla korttipohjaan, koristeina metallikulmat ja nuottikoru, paksu tarra sanoo " rock'n roll King".

Finnish Challenge: P*skarteluhaaste is allready 5 years old and celebrating this week with new theme every day, so you will see my entries to it.
Theme to this first one is " turquoise and 3 embellishments or more". I rubbed DI through stencil straight to the cardstock.  Image is Kenny K's coloured with ProMarkers.

Hi, now we have enjoyed the super full moon and in Finland 38 consecutive sizzle hot days ( new record ). Now the wheather is normalizing to 20 + degrees.
Today's card is an ordered for a couple celebrating their birthdays together.
