I found "the Pansies Wreath" stamp from a Facebook's Craft Flea - the seller didn't know who's stamp it is, and I haven't found it yet, so please, if you have a hint , tell me! Here's the DT sample card:

A very pretty card using this pansy wreath Mervi and love the rose gold mirri and lovely paper which makes an excellent background. I'm afraid I don't know what make of stamp it is, but maybe there will be someone out there who can tell you. x
