In the Garden

 Hyvää lauantaita, tervetuloa Allsorts haasteen pariin! Viikon aiheena " puutarhassa " - no meillä se voisi olla vielä vaikka lumiukko, mutta ehkä kuitenkin kyse on keväisemmästä ajasta.
Mallikorteissani trimmataan puuta, ja lisäksi pari keväistä kukkakimppua.

Happy Saturday, it's time for a new Allsorts Challenge! DT Lorraine's theme is " In the Garden "!
You perhaps remember how my garden looked liked, so I still can build a snowman. A warm and sunny week made a lot, and my mind is in the spring. I've bought a million new bulbs, think I play with them and soil and pots in the afternoon.

My first sample card is for anniversary, wedding or just for couple who likes gardening.

The second tulips card is quite simple, stamped image ( don't remember the mark) coloured with Kuretake Zigs, background with stencil and Distress Ink Vintage photo.

Cards 3- 4 with same Stamplorations flower bouquet stamp, in A6 size, background die cuts and numbers; colouring with Kuretake Zigs.

Täällä Hämeessä on vielä puoli metriä lunta ja valtavia aurauskinoksia. Mutta nyt on luvattu päiviksi hyvin lämmintä, ehkä lumi alkaa sulaa.

Bunny Hugs

Hauskaa lauantaita, tervetuloa Allsorts haasteen pariin! Viikon aiheena "kaikki käy ja optiona vanhennus, distressaus".
En juuri tee pääsiäiskortteja, mutta tämä ehkä luetaan sellaiseksi!? Puunkuori - kohokuviokansion läpi 2- värinen kartonki ja hiomapaperilla raaputus, jolloin alempi väri tulee esiin, siinä se taustanjuju.
Sizzix pupu leikattu kierrätyskartongista ja maalattu valkoisella ja päälle leimattu koukeroita.

I used Colour Core's Black Magic cardstock with "wood" embossing folder - and aged it with emery paper. Sizzix bunny die cut is from cereal box and painted white and then stamped. Sentiment die cut says "A Hug" ! Butterfly die cut in two layers.

Auringonkukat ovat Ukrainan kansalliskukkia.
Korttiaskartelijat ympäri maailman tukevat Ukrainan kansaa tekemällä auringonkukkakortteja.
Niin minäkin, olen lahjoittanut aikani ja materiaalini tekemällä hyväntekeväisyyskortteja.

Sunflowers are national flowers of Ukraine! Cardmakers all over world are making cards with sunflowers to show their support. So do I! This posting is in Finnish, I'm busy making more cards for charity, not any money for me - all for charity for people of Ukraine.

Ups and downs

 Melkoinen viikko! Sunnuntaina ja alkuviikon juhlimme jääkiekkokultaa ja Kerttua.

What a week! We started by winning the Olympic Gold at Ice hockey (men), women got bronze medals. And all the skiers medals, mostly to the Niskanen sisters.
I made this card at Sunday morning! Image is Mo Manning's and coloured with Promarkers.

Nyt mielemme on täyttänyt huoli ja tuska Ukrainan puolesta - ja emme mekään niin kaukana ole  - raja on lähellä.

And yesterday, the shocking news, Russia's attack to Ukraine. it concers all of us. Our freedom, sense of security and human dignity. Our prayers for Ukraine people.

This is my craftroom view, lots of snowy trees, the lake is there down, we live above the trees.
And there's also a hot air ball in the other side of the lake, just a little point in the middle.

Ensimmäinen kuva on työhuoneeni ikkunasta järven yli Launeelle päin. Toisessa kuvassa Lahden kaupungin keskustaa, tyttäreni asuu tuolla kadulla, tori on tuosta ketusta oikealle. Lunta on ihan hirveästi täälläkin, tuosta sentään on jo ajettu ne hirveät lumikasat.

Another pic is from the centrum of Lahti, my daughter lives at that street. The fox tail shows where the market place is. And we have the Lahti Ski Games this weekend, the Ski stadion is in the left about 500 meters. Don't remember when we have last had this much of snow.

Terracotta Vase Card

Hauskaa lauantaita, tervetuloa Allsorts haasteen pariin! Viikon aiheena simppeli eli cas -kortti ja optiona hienostunut tyyli! Tervetuloa mukaan.
Mallikortissani käytin uutta ale-löytöäni, kaunista terrakotta ruukku - leimasinta. Käytin Kuretake Zig tusseja suoraan leimasimeen ja leimasinalustan avulla painoin eri värejä useampaan kertaan. Lopuksi tasoitin vesisäiliöpensselillä ja valkoisella kynällä yksityiskohdat.
